Here is my sequence for the PSST!3 project, part of an animation with Chris Harding of Shynola & David Shrigley, the full film can be seen here. This features the head of Walt Disney, which can still be downloaded here.

DENMARK

Thank you again to everyone who came to my talks at Lynfabrikken and Republikken in Denmark, and especially to Lasse Schuleit for setting it all up. Both places are totally amazing workspaces for creative people, I wish there was an equivalent in Berlin or London.

I’m already looking forward to a future PSST!4 (which I hope I can contribute to)

Phew…For a second there, I thought this would be as artistically disturbing as “WOFL2106″. My sister hates me because of that film.

All joking aside, I’m fascinated with this short’s connections between Nazism and Walt Disney, as well as their subsequent ethical dilemmas. Is the film suggesting that people as horrible as Nazis could be sympathized with simply because of their association with or mere appreciation of the child-like innocence of Walt Disney?

Whatever themes this particular short has, you’re really changing the way people think about films, Mr. O’Reilly.
